1st time renting an RV. Unlimited RV made the whole process easy. From the Online Reservation Page to the week before reminder to the Pick Up and Drop Off. All smooth. PU times are typically 3p or after (like a check in time from a hotel). In our case, we had planned to leave on a Wed and try to get to the store and then to the campground before dark, but the 3p PU time wasn’t going to allow us to do that. They did offer us to come the weekend before to do orientation before so it wouldn’t take that extra time on Wed. But in the end, we just added a day to the rental and PU on Tue and then had plenty of time on Wed to get everything done. The folks at Unlimited RV were great. Walked us through it all. The inclusions are awesome: some of the expected items (Electrical Hook Up, Adaptors, Drain Hoses, Leveling Block), then the unexpected items: Pots/Pans, Plastic Ware, Cups, Coffee Maker, Cooking Utensils, Bedding, Cleaning Products, Broom/Dustpan, Camping Mat, 2 Camp Chairs, Camp Table….I’m sure that I’m missing some stuff. But it was pretty much, add food, beer and family to make an instant RV Vacation. Highly recommend Unlimited RV. Getting ready to make some reservations for 2021!
Great experience. Best vacation of our lives. They say if you can survive a cross country trip together without arguing as a couple you can survive anything. Well we got engaged at the end of the trip. I think that's says a lot!! Thank you for a great experience.
Recently purchased a used travel trailer from Unlimited RV. As a new RV owner I had lots of questions. They were very knowledgeable and patient. Also completed a thorough inspection of the trailer and set it up correctly for my truck. Would highly recommend
I was a first time RV renter. Rented their 24ft NonSlide MotorHome for 3nights. The whole kitchen unit was making terrible louder noise when driving even on the lower speeds. I noticed this sound immediately when driving RV out of their office into the union city road 68. But as a first time renter, I was convinced that this is how the kitchen would make sound as they had few utensils, coffee makers stored in range and drawers. But then later at the campsite had our neighbours looking into the sound and vibration it makes. We found that the whole cook top was not completely sealed. They warned us not to drive with it, as it might pop the whole unit out and vehicle has an onboard propane. My kids never had comfortable ride while driving because of the terrible noise as it kept vibrating. And the website when booking online also promised a 2020 vehicle but with such a new vehicle I felt the alignment/steering control was a bit odd. It was a terrible experience altogether driving it. I complained this on my way back and also shared a video that I took while driving close to their office. They confirmed that they had it fixed the next morning after I dropped. If they drove it in the roads close by before renting it to me, they would identified & fixed it. But to all those planning to rent vehicles please have a test drive before taking it out of their office. I think they have a team and garage in there and might get your issue fixed right away. The vehicle was absolutely clean and welcoming. If I had my kitchen unit issue found and solved before getting it out of their office, my trip would have been a beautiful memory.
