Jake came and helped with a door that the lock wasn't working on. He helped me actually remove the physical door and then the lock and only wanted to charge me for a service visit of like 60. I actually had to ask him to charge me more given how much work he did (e.g. climbing on ladder to bang pins out of a door to get the door off the hinge). Honest and smart. Highly recommended.

Requested to rekey the locks on the house. The locksmith worked for 4 hours. During this time, he complained that the locks on the house were different than he was used to working with. After he claimed to be finished, he accepted a lower than quoted amount for compensation. He quickly left before the work could be inspected. Upon inspection, it was found that many of the locks were now broken and several locks were not even placed back on the doors. The house was less safe than when he arrived. License #B19338
This had to be the best lock service I’ve ever had. He was so friendly and quick ! I honestly couldn’t believe how quick. A all the way. Will definitely be using in future if need be.

Wife accidentally locked herself out of the car (and forgot the keyless code, oh and locked both our groceries and my wallet in the car). ACR was 11/10 and A service all the way.
