So happy with Matco. Our heater wasn’t working and they were able to get out same day to repair it. Jeff was great! He was on time, explained everything so I understood what the issues were and fixed everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Jordden Cheeks was terrific! Very calm, very professional….he explained every step of what he was exploring to resolve the symptoms that we had experienced. Obviously this was an easy fix today, however he previewed some scenarios that we might experience down the road if we didn’t take steps now to clarify our maintenance plan. He didn’t do this in a pushy way at all, simply a “Next Steps” dialogue. If he’s an example of others in the company, then we’re in good hands!
Quickly diagnosed issue and installed completely new system within two days. Arrived early. Knowledgeable installers and staff! Comparable deal with top brand. Owner and initial serviceman inspected the excellent install! Perfectionists! Installed in 5 hours! Very nice staff. Looking forward to using them for maintenance checks. Not anticipating future issues. Outstanding. Use them! You’ll be happy you did, I was!
Chris came today for the summer visit of our yearly 2 visit maintenance service from MATCO, which came highly recommended from a close friend. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. He explained what he was doing for every step which I really appreciated. I'm very glad to have a good company I can rely on taking care of my system twice a year to keep an eye on it and extend it's life (as per the manufacture).
Don't Sweat It !! If you need a trusted source in HVAC call Matco Services. They helped me limp along with an old furnace and condensor and when the time was right....they offered lots of education and patience to help me decide on an entire new HVAC system. Their fantastic install team worked well with my contractor to create a good game plan for an attic install in a tight place. The office is responsive - the field team has always been polite and .....they wear their indoor shoe booties without asking. Service you can count on - no more shivering or sweating !
