Our entire family, ages 5 - 47, LOVES RockStar Martial Arts - Prosper. The coaches are amazing! Their knowledge is vast, and their patience with beginners is incredible. We felt welcome from day one even though we'd had zero training before hand. The environment is one of learning and safety; with an emphasis on empowering and encouraging women to learn and grow! Highly recommend for everyone - all ages, all levels! Be ready to learn and to sweat!

They keep the facility super clean and they are always professional and respectful. If you're looking for a great place to get our kids started with martial arts, this place is the best! Everyone who I have met and worked with on the RockStar staff has been fantastic! Every coach has made sure that I feel safe and comfortable learning BJJ, which is important to me as a woman. They are proud to be able to provide that environment and experience for women and are committed to upholding that culture within their facility across both coaches and members. They have all answered any questions I have quickly and are willing to work with you 1:1 to help you work through a skill or something you don't understand. I'm loving being part of the RockStar family!

If I could give a higher rating I would! Coach Josh and Laura are awesome people and coaches. Our sons have been training here for a year and we have noticed a big change in their attitude. Especially in class with Coach Josh. Such a great environment for kids and adults. Couldn’t ask for better people/coaches for my children to look up to. Mom and dad have even joined the bjj family and we enjoy coming here everyday for training. They make you feel like family and genuinely care about everyone. Must give this place a try if you want your children to learn respect, discipline, courtesy and Brazilian jiu jitsu!
