John was super helpful in locating my DR Horton paint I needed for the walls. This location was super friendly and helpful in locating the right store that had it in stock. Also the location was very clean and it didn't take too long to get help. Definitely recommended.

New Store New Experience, very nice store, location can be a little tricky with the 380 Traffic... Very Helpful Staff and they are just getting started here, so lets give them a month or two to get their feet wet... What I always do is go the the SW website and pick out my colors on their website color chart..... It seems to be easier and much faster.....

Tried to buy 5 gallons of stain for my pergola. Was greeted promptly and discussed stain options with the associate. When I was telling her I needed 5 gallons of a particular color, she said excuse me I need to help another customer and went to the other side of the sales floor. I went to the desk to place the order and the guy said I'll be with you shortly. He waited on another customer, rang up the order, they left with their purchase. Then the sales guy disappeared into the back room and never returned. Meanwhile, the girl that originally addressed me when I entered the place was still with the other customer and had no intention of completing my order. I said screw this, drove down to the store at 121 and Custer. They were courteous, knew what they were talking about and professional. I was in and out in 5 minutes with what I needed. Thanks 121 and Custer for doing a great job.
