I called this company for a second opinion. I am so glad that I did. The Technician was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Explaining every step as I requested. He spent over an hour trying to find my issue. Then he made some adjustments and it was fixed. The 3,400 fix quoted by the previous company was not the issue. Thanks Protech!
