This is the worst place to go,they treat you like trash , you are nothing to them ,the staff the nurses ,oh and the doctor heart who is the one who gets off with her power no matter what you do all he mistakes from the lab screw ups taking all your progress away even when you are doing what you need to do it won't matter if because to the. You are the one who needs them because you will be sick without them , there is no compassion no trust , away

Hated it. Fighting on a regular basis between clientele. Security guards a few of which are nice & treat you as a regular person, a human being. Then there are the other few who treat & speak to clients as if they are scum of the earth, feel as if they can verbally abuse some of the more timid clients. Act & speak as though they are better than the clients and aren't afraid to make their feelings known. I would NOT recommend a dead dog be enrolled in the program on Huntington ave. If you are looking for a clinic where you will be treated with dignity & respect by ALL the staff then I strongly urge you to take a visit to codac east bay. The difference is as between night & day. Very short to no lines. All staff are courteous & helpful. Just the fact that there is only one security guard speaks volumes about the type of clientele you will see there. The only other . Reason I gave them 2 stars instead of a half of one is that most of the nurses are great & will go out of their way to help you if need be. I only had one counselor, she was also very helpful.
