They seemed nice enough and knowledgeable at my initial consultation however after they decided not to take my case they wouldn't give me my medical records unless I gave them 80. Felt like they held the records hostage. Just seemed very unprofessional to me. What would they do with the records anyway?

Bud DeLuca and Miriam Weizenbaum are the most honest and top notch lawyers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My law firm has referred many clients to them over the past several years and these clients have all been extremely happy with this law firm. They get top dollar for their clients. They are also the most honest lawyers I have ever met.

Bud and Miriam are excellent attorneys. Our firms have worked together for years and I have always been impressed with their work. They care a great deal about their clients and they have a very impressive trial track record.

They seemed like they know what they are doing but they could not do anything with my case.

Don't waste your time trying to schedule a consultation. They offer a free consultation but no one ever calls you back to schedule one. Instead, they will mail you letters saying they reviewed your so-called \evidence\ (which I never shared with them because they didn't ask for it and I was planning to bring it in for the consultation) and will refuse to take you on as a client. I don't see the point of having a law practice if you're not speaking with potential clients. I'm utterly disappointed especially in giving them a second chance at another case thinning they wouldn't do it again, but they did. Thanks for yet another unpleasant experience!
