GET THE SUMMER SAUSAGE!! I can’t stop eating it!! You can get it from mild to wild. Check out the menu when you take your deer there. You won’t regret it!! I had 20 pounds ground strictly for the sausage. I got the jalapeño cheddar mild. It’s got a good bite and very tasty. Pepper jack mild has no kick (for people that want it real mild), but JUST as tasty!! I am literally eating mine every day.

Burks farm is a great place. Have visited a few times. David Burk and Ms Ann are good people.
Just got my deer back and they did an awesome job. Haven't tried sausage yet but their venison hickory stick is to die for. I highly recommend burks Farm for all ur deer processing
Awesome place, very knowledgeable & thorough. Come prepared to answer questions about the cuts you want & leave the rest up to Burk's. I definitely recommend Burks for Butchering.
