We had a name added to a certificate. It was 38 which seemed high. When my wife dropped it off she didn't as for an estimate so that's on us.We never heard from them and had to call the store to see if it was finished. Then they called us to remember to come get it. Their hours are awful 9 to 6. There was no way we could get there during the week. When I showed up Saturday morning to pick up our certificate the lady said she was going to call again because there were going to close early that day. I told her this was the first chance we had to get in and she proceed to lecture me about how they were there til 6 everyday. After my lecture I handed them 40 and they didn't have any change. She actually asked me to wait while she ran to the shop next door to beg for change. REALLY!?!? I will never step in their business again and wouldn't recommend them for anything. I hate to see empty stores in the shops of highland village but this place can't go out of business quick enough. If you need custom invitations go to Party City, way more options and better prices.

I drove in from Ft. Worth to come check out this shop. I checked the hours and observed that they were not closed for lunch and arrived to the store at 1:45pm on a Tuesday. I found the store locked with a "goodnight" closed sign posted on the door. Their hours stated that they closed at 6pm on Tuesdays and there was no indication of it being a temporary (lunch break) style close. I called their number to reach a voice mail with no indication of their limited hours. My first impression of their store was very poor.
