Had an amazing experience with getting Nexplanon here. Lots of parking and google maps directed me to the parking lot entrance correctly. Very calm environment and very clean. The staff is nice and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was not left waiting for more than 3 minutes. Plenty of arrows to find your way out of the building.10/10

Best experience I have ever had at a doctor's appointment (other than the dudes in the parking lot protesting, but they kept their distance.) I came here because I was unhappy with my regular OB-GYN (who I've been avoiding for years) and had heard great things about this office. The office is beautiful, and literally everyone was wonderful to deal with. Front desk, medical assistants, and Jessica Wilder is an amazing practitioner. She listened to me and was super easy to talk to. I will definitely return and hope others will consider supporting a great office and organization.

Shes 14 weeks we got here at 6:50am and its now 1:16pm still have not had the operation. I called to she why its taking so long and the claim cause were late and how far along she is. How are we late when are appointment is at 7am and why are we not priority. We PAID IN FULL 825 CASH!!! No payments over here we should definitely be priority. Update: 6:50am- 2:15pm was the official time it took mind you the appointment was at 7am and i paid cash in full\u200d️

Staff is friendly and I appreciate the work they do but will no longer go back. Made appointment, had it confirmed, and after I arrived in the office was told they made a mistake and couldn’t see me. Told they tried to call me to inform me but when I called back a few minutes later to confirm I was hung up on. It just seems to me that if you have restrictions and can’t see people then tell them, don’t make them wait in office during a pandemic. After I left post being told they wouldn’t see me at all, was told they would have given a partial exam if I had concerns. I had concerns..that’s why I made an appointment. So they had me leave, then said I actually could have been seen and if I wanted to come back. Normally like this location and try to give when I can but this was just unprofessional, especially considering we’re supposed to stay home if possible because of the pandemic. Not happy I had to go out to wait in a clinic waiting room with others mid pandemic to be told I wouldn’t been seen.

I went here to get my nexplanon implant removed, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It was the best experience I could ask for.
