If you want to jumpstart your culinary career or just have a simple dishwashing job for the summer, this is the place for you. I had been on a hiatus and got hired by Snapchef, and 4 months in, I found an amazing job opportunity that I couldn't turn down. And if it wasn't for Snapchef, I wouldn't have had that amazing opportunity. The supervisors are always on call at anytime of the day for questions about anything. There's a really cool app that they use too so you can easily access your schedule and time clock. I absolutely love working for them, easy hours for a workaholic such as myself. And they are willing to work with you when it comes to wages, just ask! When I have time off of my other job, I go right to Snapchef to see if they have anything for me to do. I loved travelling to numerous kitchens, cafeterias, stadiums throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts and learning EVERY. SINGLE. SHIFT. If you have a license and clean driving record, they can also provide a car or a ride to your job site. If you want to jumpstart your culinary career, Snapchef is where you need to go. \u200d

There are 3 key considerations to this rating. #1. Snapchef's employees. This is the reason I could not give a 4 star rating. The employees need a much more extensive screening process and training process before they are sent to various units. Unfortunately, I have dealt with bad employees more often than not. #2. The competition. I have only worked with one other company that provides temporary staffing and they are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Their staff is definitely not as reliable. And finally, #3. The representatives from the SnapChef company that I deal with in my region (RI). They are great and while we had a rough start, I'm very happy to work with them. They are accommodating to the best of their abilities and knowledgeable about their staff. Overall, I would recommend SnapChef to other professionals in the industry for temporary staffing in my region.
