We had the pleasure to come to the visitors information center on Saturday, June 9, 2018. We were greeted by Kim a kind, friendly, informative woman who went out of her way to help each and every person who walked into the door. Kim answered questions and made suggestions to make our trip to Providence better and it helped us in getting around the area. Thank you Kim, you are a wonderful person who clearly takes great pride in your job.

very helpful staff, gave us free maps and tips that made our day in RI a wonderful one...just don't park above in the garage, there are options nearby less than 1/10th the (20) price
