They are very incompetent, and get an attitude when you correct them. Then they resent it and said, I would not be charge for it and lied ,they charged my insurance co. again. Then it happens again, they sent out the wrong supply’s also supplies I told them I did not need. They would not send anything for me to send it back to them they expect me to drive 20 miles to exchange it.

I am visiting my son. I forgot a swivel connector for my oxygen concentrator. My son went into the store and explained the situation. The staff gave him 2 on the house! Thank you! Next time I’m visiting I will definitely get my oxygen needs from you.

Very rude and unprofessional!! Don't care what she says. I have had to deal with this company because of insurance but I will have my dr help me to find other places, I really hope her supervisor or someone of authority gets this place up to what standards of putting yourself in another person's place before you speak.
