When I slip through the painted saloon doors of PRL, I am struck by the warmth of the merry band of residents whom I have come to know and cherish over the years. Their embrace, curiosity, and acceptance inspire me. The wharf cottages are masterfully run by Sarah and Diane, who have welcomed me ‘home’ for many years, with a cocktail, fresh garden produce and a hug. I have my favorite cottage, with its view of the arc of the bay and the aura from an earlier era. I spend much of my time in the clear cool water, just steps from the door, simply reading on the deck, or enjoying long conversations on a warm afternoon. The fun and shenanigans of town are a short walk away. You will not regret a visit to this classic Ptown refuge. It’s sublime.

I have been staying at the Landing for many years now, and it’s so much more than a vacation spot. Whether it’s for a few days or several weeks, Sarah and Di create a fun and welcoming community atmosphere that make it The Most special place in all of P-town. The cottages are clean and have everything you need, and you can step right out to the quiet Bay beach for a swim or a walk to the pier. I always feel right at home at the Landing, and feel the community is my summer family.

Much like New York, everyone will tell you poor Richards was better just before you got there. The same as New York --don't believe them. It's of a time and place in history, but the time and the place is yours -- enjoy and relish this magical spot filled with and unbelievable history and a chance to be in a place in Provincetown that is truly unique .

We were in cabin 9. Charming and a bit ustic\. Walls are thin, but there's a courtesy sign pointing that out, along with a request noting that condition after 10pm. Very, very accommodating staff. This is our fourth or fifth stay.
