The food here is amazing! I have eaten a variety of things off the menu and I loved every one of them! They also make wonderful fresh fruit juices. The seating area is small and you bus your own table. The owners are very friendly and helpful! Check it out!

Pantrucas is a Mom & Pop Chilean restaurant. I always get the steak sandwich (insanely good) and a fresh juice (Pineapple or Mango). The food is all top notch, however this is not a fast food place, or fast casual. Meal service moves at a relaxed pace, but the owners will treat you like family. If you are in a rush, come another time. Sit down, relax and prepare to have one of the best meals you've ever had!

If you ever want to eat a true Mom and Pop restaurant in Provo this is the place. It's the cutest couple serving up some great food. We got a chicken empanada, fish and rice, and mango juice. What can I say that hasn't already been said about this place. The food was very good, seasoned to perfection. The mango juice was made with real mangoes and it was very hearty juice. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't believe it took me this long to try this place. It truly lives up to the hype.

Very authentic Chilean food. My wife is from Chile and I have been there several times myself and this is as close to authentic as anywhere in Utah. Service is fantastic and my wife feels at home even if it's only for an hour or so. She loves this place as well. Great place for lunch/dinner and I promise you won't be disappointed:)

I'm giving this one star to hopefully bring to managements attention that everything except the food in this restaurant SUCKS. I've been turned away before because they were too busy, told that they are out of very common dishes, and just today I waited 15 minutes past the time they were supposed to open for the one dude to show up. The entire operation is essentially a one man show. The dude welcomes you, cooks, and rings you out. You have to seat and serve yourself. In fact I laughed to myself when I said that I want to get "management's" attention because I know perfectly well that there is no "management." *pause the review because the guy actually just came out to lecture us on not expecting low prices or quick service because "this not McDonalds"* Anyways. It's all worth it because the food is DELICIOUS. The food is so so good. But just like everything else blows.

Never had Chilean food before but went with people that lived in Chile who thought the food was authentic. Everything was delicious and surprisingly light. Big portion sizes. Great service. Highly recommend this place.

Another unique find in Utah County. The people are the best, they treat you like family. The food is equally awesome. If you want something different this is the place.

Great food. The empanadas are wonderful. The fruit drinks are amazing. That alone is reason to support them. However, be careful when you go. It's just a husband-wife combo and there's not a lot of seating so if you go during a busy time it'll be very cramped and you'll be waiting a long time. That said, the food is definitely worth it and the owners are very friendly.
