Service the day I went in was great. The nurse that checked me in the room was great and so was the doctor that came in and spoke with me. Both were very kind and curtious. Although the receptionist was just blah. I have called 2 times today to check on the status of my test results and cannot get an answer. I did leave a message with the date and time. Hopefully I will get a call back today.

Extremely prompt service from the check-in to being seen by the nurse and doctor. Doctor was knowledgeable and quick to treat my symptoms with a steroid shot and immediate prescription, which was ready by the time I drove to Walgreens. Incredibly grateful that we have this option available in our community!

Let me start by saying that the nurses that helped me were so nice and apologetic. Also, i understand that being busy, you’re going to have longer wait times. However, this was the SLOWEST Urgent care I’ve been to! The receptionists were not very friendly and couldn’t look up from their computers long enough to even say hello. I was told over the phone that i didn’t have to have an appointment to get tested for COVID. However, living over an hour away, i made one for 10:20 am. I arrived 10 minutes early as per their instruction. By the time i got the text from them saying I’d been checked in, 30 minutes had passed. But like i said i understand being busy. But it was another hour and a half until i got to get my vitals taken. And another hour for the test and results. Like i said, the nurses that helped me were so nice and apologetic but it took way too long for something that should’ve taken 30 minutes. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or overworked or just bad at their job but I won’t be going back for any Reason!!
