My store experience was amazing. The ladies were informative and knowledgeable. They gave us a great deal for a table which we bought. Their delivery.... they didnt arrive in the \window\. After calling them they said they would be there in 30 mins. 1 hr later I called again..... Their sales are on point. Their delivery needs some work.

You need to bring all the old employees back or something because at least when they're asked for a simple favor from a customer say \I cant make this weeks payment\ but I'll pay double plus the fees next week they actually worked with us. Now i ask and you feed us lies and still hit our account and screw up my whole month. And if I say I need the refund, you say you did so and nothing ever happens! Starting to get old folks.

This location is awesome!! I was having some financial problems and they worked with me so I could keep my things!! I completely highly recommend this location!! Crystal is an awesome person.
