Best experience buying a car in a long time. Tammy Kirk was very funny and pleasant to work with. There was no hidden fees or them trying to keep rebates. They found me extra rebates to meet my desires on financing. The end paperwork was just as pleasant. Would definitely recommend Tammy Kirk and staff at Roberts Lincoln.

We came from Springfield MO (2.5 hour drive) to purchase this vehicle. We were met by our salesman and quickly went on a test drive. during the drive we asked about the truck and the warranty coverage. The salesman was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. Did not know about features and applications of the vehicle. Lucky I did my research about the truck before hand. I knew more about the truck then the salesman. We asked about the life time engine warranty his dealership offers on the truck (listed on the website) He just looked at me like I was crazy. Later after he asked his manager about it we were informed that it is available but you have to have all service work completed at their dealership (not listed on the website.) . We ended up buying the truck but overall it was not a good experience. If you do your own research and know what you want, then buying from here will be OK because their prices were better than what I could get anywhere near me.

We bought a 2016 Ford F-150 King Ranch after locating it in Car Gurus. Everything seemed easy and exactly as I thought it would be. Our salesman was great and even delivered 2 hours closer to our home. Upon signing papers there were a couple of communication errors, when I tried to get it resolved I had some issues until I was connected to Austin Bright in management. This man is the epitome of integrity and honesty! He quickly resolved the issues and did exactly what was promised and without hesitation. He is easy to reach, fast in response and made me want to purchase again from this amazing company again. He is a huge asset to this company and if the world had more people like him in it, it would be even better. Bought a used car from Roberts Ford in Pryor- had one of the best prices I could find. Drove 45 minutes to get there and it was definitely worth it. Ask for Deon!!! Deon was a great sales professional and took very good care of us.
