Rip-off artist with the judge in his back pocket. He was still at home at 10 am, hadn't left for my jobsite yet. When I arrived at 4 pm, he was long-gone. Billed for 6 hours for SIX electricians, to pull wire through PVC and attach it at both ends. I provided the wire and trenching. He used wire nuts for primary service, which is not allowed anywhere in the U.S. Then he tried to charge me over 800 for it, when every other contractor in the area was at 200-375 for the same job. RUN away from this jerk!
