Having heard the words, \energy medicine\ without real knowledge as to what it is, I had the happenstance of a good friend who had experienced such energy medicine sessions with Alison and couldn't say enough as to how it helped her with stressors she had been dealing with. I, too, had been dealing with stress and worries and engaged a coach who introduced me to the concept of energy used to propel performance and success. Going into 2020, I didn't feel like I had clarity as to my purpose and life path. This dear friend generously gifted me with an energy medicine session to allow me to experience it for myself. Here's my take following the session: - Expanded energy with a sense of \anything is possible\ mindset! In a matter of weeks, opportunities \presented themselves\, both career-wise and with a personal relationship. - My purpose in life became clearer to me; rather than focusing on the outcome, I've become engaged in the process and being more present. - I've followed through on actions in my quest for wellness that have gone beyond merely verbalizing good intentions through movement, improved diet and meditation. I've now been able to maintain normal blood pressure without the help of the prescription I had been taking for years! My advice to anyone wanting to improve his/her life is to have an energy session with Alison. It has served as a catalyst that has expanded my energy, enabling a more positive outlook which in turn, has resulted in my awareness of and more opportunities coming my way to help me be the best version of myself. Subsequent sessions have been valuable to help keep me on my path. My wish is for all to feel the lightening of burdens we all carry as humans and know it doesn't have to feel that way.

A friend of mine suggested I try energy medicine. I googled and tried Alison. She is absolutely amazing! What she is able to ascertain and adjust is just unbelievable. A true life-changer! Whether you believe or not, try it!!!
Practical, affordable and underutilized. Alison uses multiple extremely effective modalities of energy medicine and her work provides deep, life altering insights. I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and an energetically more sound approach to my own life and made considerable strides in all areas of my life from less than a year of knowing Alison and no more than 4 or 5 sessions up to this point. Affordable and quick to positive impacts. I've spent less money on health care and feel amazing since working with Jim and Alison. :star: When I started working with Jim (talk therapy) - it was meant to be proactive. I felt an anxiety building and knew my family and home life was in store for significant change. Jim gave me and my partner a strong foundation of tools and language that have become second nature to us today, but were crucial to our ability to get through those challenging times. A couple months after working with Jim and asking him a bunch of questions about the energy work Alison was doing - I was compelled to try it. I'm so glad I did. I had a medical emergency the week I was scheduled to begin with Alison (energy medicine), so my first experience with her was in her being an expert advisor to me. I wasn't sure if I should attend our appointment and she advised me (in my special circumstances) not to. This made me respect and appreciate her art and science even more. When I finally was able to do my first energy appointment with Alison, I couldn't believe the connections between her energetic assessment and my work with Jim. They don't share info - and it blows my mind considering the alignment in their guidance - even though through different lenses. I've worked with Jim and Alison for 1.5 years now. I do 'tune-ups' with each and often wonder where I'd be if I'd found them sooner. I use the tools I learned from them weekly. I highly recommend Jim and Alison's services. They're ideal health partners and their methods/tools have worked well for me and my family.
