I went to their Emergency Room on a Monday afternoon, which is apparently their busiest time, and I was able to get into the Fast Track (where they see patients with \easy fixes\). I only had to wait about 30 min to get into the Fast Track bed, and I was seen by a nurse right away. She was very friendly and helpful.

my son went in on a wednesday a dr called me left a voicemail to call her back i called her i asked her what meds my son was on she hung up on me i was talking to my son on the phone and one of staff was yelling at him i hung up called the nurses station they would not tell me who did that some dr called me up he said he went to talk to my son he thought he was calm because he was a male and a big man which i think he tried to say he was intimidating i told him my son was calm because they have him on benadryl and ativan i called for supervisor they even blocked my phone i used my sons phone and they picked up this place is so unprofessional uncaring unethical i didnt read these reviews until now im going to get to the bottom of this and call state so they can be surveyed my son will never go there again

Their staff are disrespectful and very unprofessional i was calling someone who was there and had called me seconds before and got hung up on multiple times staff are very rude this place needs to be shut down its honestly pathetic how little they do for the patients and the patients families

Absolutely awful standard of care. The way they called to tell me my daughter was there was so scary. Just asked if I had a daughter, long pause...Is her name ———-?”....Long pause... they wouldn’t say what was going on until I finally said: “You are making me nervous. Can you just tell me what’s going on?” Surely they could find a better way to handle that call. Staff very unresponsive, unprofessional and disinterested in patients. My daughter spent over a week there and in that time so many unacceptable instances. Doctors will not return calls. Many patients are too sick and/or sadly have no family/visitors to monitor care. This is why they get away with this. Having said all this, there are a FEW caring and dedicated staff, but they are very much in the minority.

I was hospitalized back in 2012 and I was going through the motions of my psychosis... The stay at this facility was great. the staff-I felt, really cared for me. The food was not bad. the sleep was great. I dont have any complaints. I give it a four star rating because it can always be better
