My wife and I visited this Public Storage location to rent a medium size unit. Kris, the manager, was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She gets a \10\ from the two of us. Well done! PS...Hope your eye gets better soon
Public Storage in odenton is an awesome store. Kris is a great manager. She will find you the right unit for your storage needs. Plus they have alot of packing supplies.
This by far is the best storage facility in Odenton. Kris the manager is fabulous, courteous, an all-around a wonderful human thank you so much Kris. If anyone needs any storage come see her she will help you the best way she can.
I came to the location and was greeted by the property manager I do believe her name was Chris. She was very sweet and pleasant and helped me get everything that I need to pack my house for my unexpected moving out of town she even told me if I didn't use anything that I could return it with receipt within 30 days and when you're on a tight budget that is very nice to know. Office is very clean and organized parking lot didn't have any type of trash in the parking lot, highly recommend this location for all of your packing needs.
