I had much respect for Public Storage. I like their facilities because they're always pretty clean. When I signed up, there was a promotional price at 136 which was great. Fast forward a few months, price went up to 153. Fast forward today, it's almost 200. I'm going to cancel the membership and will never do business with this company again. I've reported them to the BBB in hopes others won't go through this mess.
Patricia was very helpful in answering all questions I had regarding the units and rates. She provided excellent customer service and very respectful. Would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for units to rent out!
