The front office lady is extremely kind but the upkeep here is terrible. I have a very bad leak in my unit which has ruined a lot of our stuff and this has been going on since November 2020. Dropped off my key in November and today February 6th 2021she said they still haven’t sent maintenance to fix it. So if you value you’re things don’t come here.

My belongings stayed perfectly safe and dry while they needed stored. The lady who runs this location( sorry I don't know your name) is very helpful and friendly!!
I stopped by this location yesterday to inquire about price and availability. The lady in the office, Vicki, was very kind and patient with all my questions. I need storage in the near future and this will be where I rent. Thanks again for all the help.
I would never recommend coming here to store your things. The first time I came to buy a unit they sold me the wrong key for the unit on filework and we had to correct the paperwork. When I realized this while on was loading stuff into the unit I went to the front desk to ask the manager there and she totally ignored me while she jumped into her car to drive away to go pick up her kid. They never return your phone calls. When i needed a new key and they had to cut off the existing lock, they cut the lock off for the WRONG DOOR! Never give these people your business.
