We had a wonderful experience moving in! The first day we moved in, the manager helped checked me in. She was nice, quick and efficient. On our official move in day, Josie was very helpful! She came to check on us and see how we were doing. She also reminded us that they have their bathroom open and water if needed any. Josie was polite and very sweet! We are very happy to have chosen this location as it is also very close to our new home. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

A Service received at 311 N 16th Street Public Storage. Convenient location, super nice and helpful people. Don’t let the iffy area deter you. This is a very secure storage facility with management onsite after hours. Highly recommend!
