If you are going to build and have an option to install a well, save yourself the trouble with this place and go with a well. They have the most terrible customer service I have ever delt with. I have a long story as to why I have an issue with these people, so I will just say that they think they can say and do what they want because they are in control of the water. The ladies in the office are horrible. They have no compassion or intrest in their customers. They are also very over priced. It seems like they are annoyed with customers and it is just to much work for them. If I was the owner of this company, I would start with csr reps that actually want to do their job. I am far from done with my complaint and I will be going to the bbb and the attorney general. The bussiness practice of this place is horrific and I urge people to do research about building or even renting a house in the Troy MO area before dealing with these people.
