I have been enjoying the warm pool at the Y for the past year. The facility is clean, the personnel are friendly and the people I have met are great! I remember 11 years ago when I had a stroke, a friend of mine took me to the Y to help me rehabilitate. I know that I wouldn't be walking today if I hadn't been for the kind and understanding people there who helped me there. Thank you!
I love all the workers there. I love the empowerment they give to our women!
We did a swim party here and we loved it so much we signed up the kids for lessons! The party was great, the lifeguards were wonderful, the lessons were great! The pool is heated and indoor, there's showers and changing rooms, the people are sweet as can be, it's never crowded when we go, and the price is SUPER good!
I needed help because I was in a verbally and emotionally abusive situation. All I did was cry anytime someone talked to me. I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown and I was physically sick she they wouldn't help me. I had no where to go and no car. They turned me away. I ended up having to go to the mission, which wasn't what I needed. The meals there were bad for me and the only meals I actually got. Some of the women and staff there were really rude. So I'm really glad these other people had a good time at the Y pool party.
