Small airport, staffs are good and provide with adequate services. Check-in needs to be done minimum 40 minutes before boarding time, or it is inconvenient for the boarding process to be done properly. The luggage appears in the carrier belt within 10-15 minutes of your deplaning the aircraft, Alaska airlines say if takes more than 20 minutes you will get some compensation (not sure if it is true or joke made by the staff). If you reach the airport at night make sure you get a transport waiting for you to take you to your destination as the airport has no place to lounge overnight, and by midnight the whole airport is closed. You can find the dial-in number of College cab in the luggage collection room to reach destination within Pullman or Moscow. Since the airport is small, boarding early morning flights while maintaining social distancing during pandemic is a bit rough, but passengers should take their own precautions. Also since the airport is small you can actually see how airplane functions while boarding and un-boarding much clearly in this airport for taking pictures.

Want to experience what would it be like to land at a tiny airport in Africa - But not have to worry about security? Want to experience what would it be like going through an airport that's literally two-rooms big? Pullman is for you! Jokes aside, this airport is so tiny it's hard to believe you're still in the US. But once there, you'd be pleasantly surprised at the polite, provincial air of the place. Staff is nice and friendly. Getting to and fro can be a challenge if you don't have your own car because the airport is in the middle of nowhere. So work on that before touching down. Also, it's a tiny airport. Only small, rotary-winged, lark-like aircraft serve the airport. If that's something you want to enjoy - Go for it. If that's something you're afraid of - Well, you're in it for a good one! Cheers!
