My husband and I just moved to Punxsutawney Pennsylvania. We wanted to have are cars transferred over to Pennsylvania. On July 9th, 2020 I went inside the lobby and this girl met me out front. she told me that she could only have two people inside at a time. there was no one in the lobby at all and she told me if I wanted to do it I had to do it curbside. She was VERY rude to me and told me that I would have to wait outside. Mind you, it was 94 degrees out. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. She wasn't doing me a favor, I was bringing her business. I will make sure to tell anyone I know not to go there.

I was at first hesitant because of some of these reviews but they were both very helpful, friendly, and professional. The office was clean, neat & very cheery too. I would definitely recommend Sarvey Notary service!

I'm 55 and I have been frustrated over and over again by all types of insurance agents - life, automobile, home, and ESPECIALLY medical. In dealing with a couple tricky home and auto insurance issues Tanya at Sarvey wins the prize for best insurance agent I've encountered in my lifetime. I've been a believer that probably the internet offers enough tools now that agents are obsolete - ha!! Not at all. Here's a big THANK YOU to Tanya and Sarvey Insurance!

If I could give a lower score then a 1 star, I would. We came into the Punxsutawney office 20 minutes till they closed on a April 29th, to have a simple boat title transfer. The one lady was very friendly but the taller thin woman, who was maybe a manager, was the most rude customer service person I have ever ran into. From the start she was shooting looks and making loud sighing sounds in disgust. I'm not sure why other then maybe because it was close to closing and she had to deal with us. She was practically yelling for us to "sign here, sign here" all while rolling her eyes and sighing. We did nothing to make here angry other then come in 20 mins. till close. This was the worst customer server I have ever experienced!
