Rob is a very professional piano tuner. He came and brought our woefully out of tuned piano back in tune. My wife has spent the last 6 hours playing and extolling how great the piano now sounds. I would highly recommend Rob and his piano tuning service!

I have a private music studio from where I teach and also record acoustic piano. My piano is fairly new and in great condition, but with the heavy use it gets through the week, I really need the piano to sound fabulous especially before a recording session, and Robert has the tools to do just that - mainly his amazing ears and musicianship (he's a pianist as well). I highly recommend him - he is thorough in his job, and a warm lovely person to do business with, and he makes my piano sing!
I have been using Rob as my piano tuner and technician for several years now, and couldn't be more pleased. He is highly trained and very skilled - a master voicer who has improved the sound, as well as the action, of my piano considerably. He is obsessive about the details (which I love), and he is dedicated to problem-solving and working with you to get the right touch and tone for the way you play. He is also easy to schedule with, and always arrives on time. I highly recommend him.

Bob is a well-trained pianist and piano builder. He lives and breathes it! He is definitely an expert at what he does, and his prices are totally reasonable. If you are in the Boston, MA or Providence, RI area, I highly recommend having Bob come out to tune or repair your piano.
