If you want a reliable, honest company....look no further!!! I had 2 tough urine stains from my dog, who had never done that before. James came out and was honest and let me know they would be tough. He was able to get the stains out and then some. Someone came to the house today and complimented me on my new carpet (13 years old) but thanks to James they look brand new. Will definitely use this company again.

Previous tenants had not cleaned the carpet and I discovered there was cat hair and staining when I took possession. Landlord agreed to let me find a carpet cleaner and JBJ had good reviews. I was only in town for 2-3 days before I had to leave again so having it done quickly was important. I called him Monday, and he arrived the next morning and did an excellent job! Very impressed with communication, professionalism, and good value. Would use again!
We bought a new home where the previous owner had a cat. Several of us are allergic so we wanted the carpets thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. Also, the basement carpet was in rough shape and very stained. I was doubtful it could be cleaned well enough without having to be replaced. I was wrong. Jim not only came out quickly (the next day after I called him), he got the carpets looking spotless. We were so impressed, and we will definitely be using this company again in the future. Their rates were also less than several other companies I called.
JBJ Services did an amazing job! We hired him to clean both our new house and our old house including a bunch of stairs. He was super friendly and always showed up on time. The carpets look great now! We would recommend this guy to anybody!
