Simply put, Matt Bowe Design-Build does extraordinary work right! Selected over 4 other construction contractors to finish our basement and create a bonus room (laundry, craft and sewing room) above our garage, Matt Bowe Design-Build did not disappoint. Driven by disciplined construction management processes and procedures, Matt and his team spend a lot of time up front with the homeowner to ensure all details are discussed, planned and mutually understood before the first construction step is taken. Matt’s approach to “planning his work and working his plan” makes for exceptional efficiencies and effectiveness in project execution. But despite the best of plans, however, unexpected challenges arise in complex construction projects. Faced with these issues from time to time, Matt almost instantaneously, and confidently, offered multiple alternatives to resolve these challenges. Consequently, issues were resolved rapidly, professionally and without anxiety. While Matt Bowe Design-Build’s construction skills are exceptional, what really makes this construction contractor unique is the value set that Matt uses to inform his hiring, use of certain trade vendors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) and work execution on projects. While Matt values professional competence, work ethic and team work, the primary value that drives Matt’s thinking is honesty and integrity. You can always count on Matt and his team to do the right thing whether the homeowner is involved or not. Matt Bowe Design-Build may not be the cheapest construction contractor around, but you can trust Matt and his team to do the work right and produce extraordinary results.
