Top Coat is my go to Purcellville Salon and I've been seeing Kim for over 3 years. The service is great, the salon is always clean and they've gone above and beyond with their sanitation and protective procedures during COVID which I particularly appreciate given health concerns. It's great to still be able to get my nails done in an environment that's made as safe as possible and have a little bit of normality during such strange times.

Wow, what a terrible experience. This salon does not follow the COVID protocols put in place by the state, and they are rude to customers who disagree with them. I came with my elderly mother to have pedicures done. We had called the salon ahead of time to schedule the appointment, and they were aware of the fact that an elderly woman would be coming in. We saw the great reviews about the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon, which is why we drove all the way out from Lovettsville to check out the place. Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed that only 2/5 people in the salon were masked. Two of the staff persons (one of whom was the owner!!!) were unmasked. Due to my mother’s COPD and age, we were uncomfortable with this and decided to leave. While we were walking to the car, the owner followed us out and yelled at us. She said that the client she was working on was family; therefore, she didn’t need to wear a mask around her. Additionally, she told us that because we decided to leave— “this wasn’t the salon for us”. Plain unprofessional and rude. I definitely don’t recommend this salon, take your business elsewhere, where the salon will take your health and safety seriously.

Wonderful service and they made us feel comfortable with some barriers as well for Covid 19.
