We love our screens. We have two sets of French doors on the front of the house and were worried screens would ruin the look, but also wanted to enjoy fresh air without the animals running out. Our architect recommended the Phantom screens and they are sleek and unobtrusive, just as advertised. They are sturdy and pull out really smoothly...and then they are “not there” when we want to showcase the French doors. The guys were quick and did a high quality job. Thanks!

I purchased a Phantom Screen for my back deck sliding glass door. After contacting Tri-State Screens they thoroughly explained the product to me and quickly scheduled me for an install. The installers that showed up were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with the screen and will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Great quality screens. More importantly, uplifting service. First, Amanda, the scheduling rep at the office was amazingly positive. Redefined what talking to a customer service rep could be. And Kevin, the professional who came to cut, measure and I install my screens was professional, competent, friendly, focused, kind. He came out in the first Monday morning after Christmas, handled both a schedule challenge on my end and a tricky access property with grace and ease. Made what I thought would be impossible and stressful appear effortless. I’m so glad I found them . An impressive group of people.
Our Deck would get so hot in the summer that we were not able to use it. The screen is so nice it is as though we have an extra room in the house now. I'm so pleased not only with the screen but this company. Everyone was very professional, our questions were always answered promptly, and it was installed when promised.
