This place was God sent! We had so much damage from animal urine in a rental and they took the smell away! I mean you could smell it before you even entered the house - floors and trim were swollen from all the urine - subfloor was soaked in urine. These guys were so professional and on time and responsive. Mike was great!

These guys KNOW their business. The only negative review was from a motorist who claimed she saw erratic driving from this company. That is not a review of this product. It really is misleading and the company says it wasn't even their truck! FOR ME, WHO ACTUALLY HAD SERVICE, TThey educated me and were straightforward about everything. They truly worked hard and were very focused on details small and large. It took 8 hours, two guys and a ton of expensive equipment. The method heats up the affected areas and hold it for 8 hours. No chemicals completely safe. 94% success rate which is fantastic considering how tenacious bedbugs are. They have a 45 day warranty which is the life cycle of any stragglers that may have been missed. I wish I could give them a higher rating. They did a very thorough inspection of the surrounding apartments to make sure that there wasn't any travelers. All good and now my fear of losing control of this problem is over! Thank you very much!

Mike and his team went above and beyond in helping us with our bed bug situation. Living in an apartment complex, it can be difficult working with the management. Pure Environmental answered the call for us, even when given a time crunch. Excellent service and very helpful.

We bought a new home from a former smoker and it was pretty bad. Not visible tar on the walls bad but smoke was clearly in every room and gap throughout the house. A full traditional wall washing, ceiling scraping (popcorn abatement), sealant paint job would have cost upwards of 25,000 and taken weeks to complete. Pure Environmental came in with quality ozone machines, contractor fans, propane heaters and worked their magic. Heated the house up to 110 degrees to open up all the pores, estimated the dose time while onsite, and let it rip. The next day they hauled out their gear and ran fans throughout. There was ABSOLUTELY ZERO residual cigarette smell in the house. By late evening we could barely smell any residual ozone or off gas (must have maximum airflow with fans ventilating to achieve this quick turn-a-round). I was initially concerned with all of the negative ozone experiences you read online but most of those people are not professionals or have no idea what they are doing or how it works. From a pure science and chemistry perspective this is the best solution ever for eradicating the smell of smoke from your house. I was concerned with potential damage to rubbers, plastics, and cloth (furniture) but no problems what-so-ever. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing to clear out smells from their house. Mike Parker in the Seattle/NW service area is a commensurate professional. He answered all of my questions in detail, alleviated all of my concerns without feeling like I was being taken for a ride. He communicated with me via phone text and was highly available. The overall cost including their partner services to professionally clean and sanitize my air ducts was just over 2k which compared to the 25k estimates for the other routes is a no brainer. I HIGHLY recommend their services! Thank you Mike and his crew!
