I went into the shop and the sales person didn't know anything about the skates I wanted to buy. They didn't try to find any more information about the skates to help me make a decision. I felt mildly uncomfortable the whole time as the employee didn't really seem interested in providing me good customer service and both of the people working the floor were wearing their masks improperly with their noses hanging way out.

Remarkably rude employees who simply want to stand around watching hockey replays on the flatscreen displays. More concerned with upselling you to make a few extra bucks than getting your kids into the proper equipment. Same products you can buy anywhere else but at a 10% markup over other stores.

I needed a new helmet, cage, jock, shoulder pads, and bag. Josh helped me out and made great suggestions within my price range and made the experience very easy and fast. Wide selection of equipment as well. Nice clean store.

good store. skate sharpening is good quality but a little pricey. they have what you need but no goalie equipment.
