Fortunately or unfortunately I didn’t meet the ‘lady’. My appointment was Friday 7pm i was late got there at 8pm, checked in at shipping between door 15/16. Vest, no open shoes, mask, delivery number, phone number. Got a door backed in without opening trailer doors or breaking seal. By 8:45 i got a call and paperwork was ready and by 9 i was out. Those evening guys were so cool!

I did read the reviews before coming here and I had a AWESOME experience. I got checked in by Brian, he was friendly and has great Customer Service, I actually was the ONLY one here ,the other truckers left as I was pulling into the property..I was given a dock door immediately..when u come into the property DONT go past the guard shack ,its not the entrance. Turn a quick right and passed the glass doors (200)on the left side to the middle is shipping/receiving entry door. Thanks for your Service!!
Great place to load. Got there 2 hrs. Before my appt.and they got me loaded a.s.a.p. thanks guys.
