The winter storm wrecked havoc on one of my houses. I wasn't home when two pipes burst and flooded my one-story home. By the time I was able to turn off the water to my house, the damage was done. I didn't know where to begin to rebuild and bring my house back to livable conditions. Adam Shepherd with PuroClean came to the rescue! He took charge of the mitigation and the restoration of my home began. He used state-of-the-art equipment to dry, dehumidify, deodorize and disinfect damaged areas. The immediate deployment of this equipment prevented damage from spreading and mold from forming. He and his professional team were efficient, orderly, dependable, etc. I was very pleased with the outcome and very confident that mold will not invade my house in the future, as a result of his services. The best thing about working with Adam is that he's genuinely an honest person who not only cares about the end results - but cares about his client relationships. He demonstrated a lot of compassion towards my well-being. I highly recommend Adam & PuroClean. You won't be disappointed.

We had a bunch of pipes bust during the winter storm back in Feb of 2021. We had never used a water remediation company in the past and we were skeptical, especially because we relying on our insurance company for payment. Adam and his team were fantastic. He made a few extra trips just to go over things again to make us comfortable. They arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. Adam went above and beyond by helping us with another part of our project. He took time out of his day to help us with something unrelated to what he does. That shows he cares which is hard to find nowadays. If you have a need for the types of service Adam and his team perform, trust me...USE HIM! I know I will. By the way, just like Adam said they would, our insurance did pay.

I cannot say enough good things about Adam and this company. They helped dry our walls and baseboards after our pipes burst in the freeze. I was hesitant to remove so many walls in my home, so Adam came back to speak with me after already explaining it all to my husband. He was on time and available the entire time we had fans in our house. His customer service is beyond industry standard and I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone who finds themself in need of water clean up or any other service they offer.

LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT FOR YOUR SERVICE!! In August of 2020 I received news that my Uncle, who lived alone in the Houston area, was found deceased in his home. I was informed that he had probably passed several weeks earlier and that there was a bit of a hoarding situation going on. Living in Colorado I had no idea where to start when someone suggested looking up companies in the Humble, TX area and see if someone could at least get the BioHazard cleaned up. A quick google search brought up PuroClean of Kingwood. I submitted an inquiry and Adam responded within 15min (it may have been faster than that). After Speaking with Adam on the phone I knew this was the company! I hired PuroClean of Kingwood to start their services in September of 2020. From there Adam & PuroClean of Kingwood was able to help with more than just the BioHazard cleanup. PuroClean of Kingwood was able to sort through the belongings in the house and dispose of anything that was not salvageable. He used IMPECCABLE judgment and erred on the side of caution! He did in 4 days what would have easily taken me weeks (if not months). He had piles sorted and when I arrived in town he met me at my Uncle's house and walked through everything. Did i mention through the entire process he made sure to stay in contact. At the end of every day I received pictures and a brief report of what was found or other issues that made themselves known. Adam, was helpful beyond just the house. Since I am not familiar with the area he provided me contacts to people who might be able to help with the probate process and a few other items pertaining to my Uncles Estate. I absolutely can not recommend PuroClean of Kingwood enough, I just wish they were in Colorado because there are several personal projects I would enlist their services for! WOW! I am absolutely amazed at how wonderful a job the PuroClean team did at my house. I had horrible pet stains on my tile and grout and no matter how much I scrubbed, I could not get it clean. They came in and got it all resolved. Not only did they remove the pesky odor, but my grout is now clean and looks brand new again! Thank you so much PuroClean, for making my day!!!
