I did a lot of research on the car I wanted to get, the 2021 Onyx XT. I contact SEVERAL Subaru dealerships in the bay area and I can say Dominic Bati is by far the best and trustworthy person I want to deal with. I could have gone with the Subaru 5 minutes away from my location, but decided to drive 30 minutes to Burlingame because I feel more comfortable making big purchase with someone like Dominic. Highly recommended to reach out to him if you can!

If I could give zero stars, I would. When I purchased my car, everyone was super attentive and there to answer any questions at any time. Yet, a year later when I have questions and need their help with a warranty, they have been completely ignoring me for two weeks now. I have reached out half a dozen times via phone and email. Each time, leaving my information with a promise for someone to call me back and nothing. When I finally was able to get through to someone on the phone, they told me I had to come in to the dealership in person. When I show up an hour later, they say they are too busy but can take all my info and will reach out to me the next day. They took my name, cell number, email, business card, and a copy of my registration.... still nothing. The only time I, as a woman, was able to get any sort of assistance/ customer service is when my father was on a call with me. Very interesting if you ask me.... I never leave bad reviews because I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this has been the worst experience of my life. I feel completely disrespected and abandoned.

My husband and I have been fortunate to purchase a number of new cars through the years. Buying a car was never something we particularly enjoyed. In fact, dreaded would be a better description. Like many, we felt like pawns in the buying process. A process that was designed to wear you down over hours of negotiation, where the winner was rarely the buyer. That was until yesterday when my husband and I bought a 2021 Subaru Limited from Putnam Subaru. I cannot say enough good things about our salesperson Max Garcia. As much of our purchase was done via text and email, Max provided answers to our questions in a prompt and courteous manner. When we agreed on a deal, Max made certain that our time at the dealership was minimal. With the help of Jay in finance we were on our way with our new Subaru Limited in less than 90 minutes. If you are in the market for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and see Max Garcia. A true professional; a rarity in the car business.

I did a lot of research on cars and dealerships and very glad I did! Buying a Subaru Crosstrek from Putnam Subaru (during the Covid-19 pandemic) on a 105 F day was, actually pretty pleasant! I worked with Andrew and he did an outstanding job of working with us. He even brought tables and chairs outside, in the shade, to do all of the transaction in a safe way. I'm so glad we worked with Andrew and Putnam, they treated us very well, and I am thrilled with my new car!
