I met with Raymond and was intrigued with all of his knowledge and years of experience as a hypnotherapist as well as teaching hypnotherapy. I have struggled for years with a very intense need for chocolate to the point where I get stressed and worry about not having any around. It doesn’t seem like much of an issue but it goes deeper than I have room to explain. After my first session I’ve learned techniques to battle this real addiction. I am so pleased to say that I’ve been doing excellent since my visit a week ago and am looking forward to my next session. This works and gives you amazing power to overcome whatever you might be struggling with. Thank you Ray for your help and I can’t wait to learn more.
I waited 2 weeks to post this because I wanted to see how our therapy went. My fiancee and I decided to do the quit smoking program with Ms. Joni. I am pleased to say that it has been 2 weeks and not 1 cigarette!!! I used all the tools that I was given and I feel great!!! I am so proud that we took this step. I have tried quitting numerous times over the years and have always struggled with cravings and wanting to smoke while having a drink with friends. We put it to the test last weekend and went out dancing with some friends and had a couple drinks but NOT ONE CIGARETTE!!! I will try and update in a couple of months on how we are doing but I am gonna say now it will be great and still smoke free as there are no longer cravings :). P.S. Joni if you read this thank you for everything. Even the one little thing you helped me with is going great :) Thank you sooooo much! UPDATE 2/10/2016 - While it is longer than I expected, I finally got the chance to get on here and update. We are both still going strong on the no smoking. I am so grateful that we were able to work with Joni. Please if you are in want or need of a hypnosis expert please see these guys :)
Ray is very skilled and knowledgeable. I was able to create new openings and opportunities and feel this was worthwhile. I'm looking forward to more positive changes as a result of my sessions.
