We stayed at this RV park For August and September of 2020. I’ve never been more irritated with a park. The laundry mat was down the entire duration we stayed there, and it was nearly impossible to get anybody in the office to be present to give you your mail or answer the phones. I still haven’t received my deposit refund and have given up on it completely. Location is their only perk.

We stayed for 4 months in 2020, the water was out for an entire week. They do not communicate with people. Never answer the phone. The wifi sucks. But the park is pretty.
I don't agree with the negative reviews. We lived at Majestic for 9 months, June 2018-March 2019. I have to say it was an enjoyable experience. Our neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and the restrooms and laundry were clean and well maintained. The office staff and maintenance man were friendly and helpful too. When you move in you get your own mailbox which was very helpful for us. The only negative is the quality of the water but that was an easy fix by purchasing 5 gallon jugs and getting them filled at Fred Meyer, we used this for drinking and cooking. If we ever need a place to stay in the future we definitely will choose Majestic Mobile Manor!
Nothing like the pictures online. Should not be associated with Good Sams at all. Dirty, cramped spaces that are hard to get into, lots of broken down trailers with full time residents. No outside space to sit. Broken sewer so place smelled horrible the whole four nights we stayed. We would have left to find something else but it was Labor Day weekend and couldn't find anything. Good thing we had plans during the day and only came back to sleep. Good luck finding someone in the office which is always closed. Bathrooms and Laundry locked too. Not sure what we paid for. We would have been better to stay in a Walmart Parking lot.
