We had 5 yards of concrete delivered for a driveway extension at our house. Miles was great to work with start to finish - dispatch was clear about pricing, planning, etc. and very helpful. Our driver, Nick, arrived on time the day of the pour and was AWESOME! He was so friendly and helpful, not to mention patient with two non-professionals, and we are so thankful we hit the driver lottery that day.

This company miles they are the worst been using miles for 1 year, throughout the time i been order concrete from them never been on time and when i call they have alot of excuse. Never on time and no customer service

Deliberately cut off by miles driver on I5 in tacoma this morning. He refused to merge in safely so he drove on the shoulder and cut my 110,000lbs truck off with just a couple inches to spare. Considering this guy works for a concrete company you would think he would show a bit more respect towards other career drivers. I guess since he is in a company f150 instead of a rig he doesn't care about others, safety or the law. Next time. I will just not hammer the brakes and crush his pathetic truck. He earned it, anyone stupid enough to cut off weight in motion and cause such drama all over selfishness and complete lack of respect has earned themselves a good crushing. Someone that drives like this shouldn't be on the road, reckless and dangerous.

Miles Sand and Gravel is more than happy to dump their payload on your car and then basically run you off the road and point and laugh at you and make you use your own insurance to pay for the damages...then not return your phone calls!
