Really sad that they change their hours. It was a sweet place to workout in the morning. If they ever do decide to go back to normal hours I’ll join back up again. They had everything you need to get a decent workout. Plus it was never crowded. My only complaint was sometimes the member choice of music, but I’d just stick my head phones on and go as far away as possible from the Bluetooth phone music on the boom box lol. Great place for the most part

Place and Staff are Awesome! Been coming here for a year already but only for my son's baseball practices and training. They do have yoga classes, varies types. I have yet to sign up for a class but procrastination seems to take place
