I've been a patient of Dr Blaus for two years and while I disliked the long wait to see her for a visit, I really like her and felt it was worth it. However, the quality of care here has gone to non-existent. I've called numerous times and left messages for over a month trying to get some time sensitive questions answered by Dr Blau, a nurse, someone and cannot get a response. The new phone system is a joke, often just rerouting you back to the beginning, but despite my persistence to get a person and actually leave messages, I get nothing. I was excited and relieved for my zoom appt, which they'd postponed and rescheduled, only to be blindsided to find the appt was with a nurse practitioner that I've never heard of, never met and she couldn't answer any of my questions. I spent nearly an hour via zoom answering her questions about things that Dr Blau and I had already talked about in past visits. I asked if I could please schedule an appt with Dr Blau, and Cara told me no, that Dr Blau is really booked up. I recently had a Zometa infusion and need to have surgery to check for another cancer that may have been caused by my breast cancer treatment, but I need to know that it's safe to schedule a surgical procedure with the meds that I've been on. I haven't been able to schedule because nobody at this office can answer this question, meanwhile another cancer may be growing inside me. Cara, the NP, stated she didn't know. She walked away from her computer and came back saying she asked someone else in the office and they \think it should be ok\. Really?! Who wants to go under the knife with that?! I find this quality of care completely unacceptable and wish I had other options at this point. It shouldn't be this hard to get answers from someone that knows what they are talking about or can ask my doctor and get back to me. I'm finally writing this review, as I'm just really not even sure where to go from here.

I have been seen primarily in Bonney Lake but also in Puyallup. This review pertains to both places.I believe that the long wait times are better now. I wait sometimes but not more than 30 minutes. I believe that is the time the PA or doctor is spending with patient to make sure they get quality care. There are times we just talk because that is what I needed. Front office staff are always great. Nurses and CNA are wonderful. They were always patient and caring. I could not imagine anyone being better while receiving chemotherapy.

We are ALWAYS waiting at least 45 minutes to even see the doctor or get called back for treatment. Waited at least an hour today just to see the doctor on an appointment we had previously set up. Ridiculous. They make you wait a long time and they don’t seem to know what they’re talking about. Staff is ridiculous here. the receptionists and a couple nurses are the only ones who seem to care. Don’t recommend this clinic at all if you need treatment for cancer.

Gave me 2 more years with her and still going add she made it to 3. Stage 4 lung cancer, with brain metastases. (2% 2 year survival rate)Dr. Shenio and Opdivo (Immunotherapy) is why she is still with me. Plus she never gave up.
