Jason was our service tech. Because of Covid, I left him to do his thing. I have been using Puyallup Heating since 2015 and have only had one issue with one service tech in the past. The company quickly sent another tech to redo the poor work previously done. I am assuming Jason did a good job this time. He said everything looked good except for one part on our heat pump that would need to be replaced within the year. He said the service report would be emailed to me since they now use tablets rather than paper for their report. At end of service I was told to call in to Katie to make payment by credit card, which I did. She said she would send me the receipt and necessary paperwork. I ended up calling three times over the span of 9 days in order to get my receipt and the paperwork of the service agreement I had purchased. Each time I called I actually spoke with a human being but was given some sort of excuse as to why it couldn’t be sent then but promised it would be sent by the next day. After the third time calling I finally got the receipts but have yet to receive the service tech report stating his findings. I really want to give this company 5 stars but I can’t because of all the trouble I have had just to get my paperwork. I have emailed asking for the remaining missing paperwork. It’s been 2 days with no response. I wonder how many more times I will have to contact them to get that.

You need a new elements for an electric furnace and he replaced them in a timely manner and explained an alternative 4-in filter that is easier to manage for a landlord on a rental great installer

Service technician came and diagnosed our furnace issue. He was able to repare it during the same visit. Technician was friendly and polite. Pleased with the experience overall.
