My husband and I recently purchased our future retirement home in a little town near Omak, WA. The shower had been leaking for several years and needed to be completely torn out and replaced. Trying to find local contractors here to perform work is almost impossible but we were able to find a local plumber to repair the leaking pipes but had to take on the rest of the project ourselves. We got to a point where we needed a plumber again to get the shower operational and could not get anyone local to help us. Because we had used them before at our home near the Puyallup area and were happy with their work and service, we called Rainier View and they went above and beyond to help us get our shower going. They found us the parts we needed, made sure I would have them timely and told us what we needed to do to install them properly. Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful working shower. The service was above and beyond!

Recently purchased a new build home in South Tacoma. We noticed that the water was lukewarm throughout the house. Called Rainier View and Liam responded and fixed the issue. He explained that the mixing valve was not adjusted properly. It's so nice to have hot water!
