I’ve dealt with Franciscan for years but wanted to deal with a place close. I have to say their customer service at Puyallup Resporitory is far from par. I talked to Curtis, previously I had dealt with Jose’ who was very nice. I was needing a new machine because mine broke and two weeks later, still have not heard from him. He argued that they need me to go back to my doctor to Be seen to get written script without even checking my insurance and refused to call them until I called them and called him back. I needed a new machine and I’ve never in ten years had to this. I contacted my insurance and as long as it’s been three years a respiratory therapist can issue without a doctor visit which I knew already. He said my insurance required and it did not. He said he’d get it going two weeks ago and no follow through because he can’t be wrong. Called Franciscan home medical supply and I’ve gotten machine in one day, as my machine was broke. He was very rude at puyallup respiratory.

Found the same products on-line at a fraction of the cost. Also they charged me 70.00 for an item that they did not send home with me.

I went here a few years ago as a young teen, and the person who I met with every so often to check my compliance would leer at me openly. It made me so uncomfortable that I would intentionally dress in the least revealing clothes I had for those appointments. He was the biggest creep, and the no. 1 reason I stopped using my cpap. On the other hand, the front desk guy was the sweetest, and a refreshing ray of sunshine after every appointment with creepozoid. Unless they've fired (Eric iirc) then I do not recommend.

Very nice staff and helpful because they care about you! Insurance doesn't always want to pay for real and is not their fault. Great place to go for sleep apnea and other medical needs!

The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questionS. I live in Puyallup very convient. I had contact with another provider. They requested my credit card before they would quote me charges! Puyallup respiratory never even asked me for a credit card. They simply billed my insurance. I have a small portion to pay and I was billed later. I love the location, staffs knowledge and ability to answer my questions. Great place

If you like copious quantities of annoying robocalls at all different times of day, seven days a week, every three months. This is the company for you, and don't worry they will never forget to call, even when you ask them to take you off their list. This is not an exaggeration.

If you desire unprofessional uncaring lets change the rules on your customers weekly, then this is the place for you! They send you on a wild goose chase for months and ultimately dont help you out. Not a soul there especially the clinics own director cares to help out a person in desperate need for supplies that are indeed a matter of life or death. I WILL NEVER return and it should tell them alot that id rather deal with the VA! Again if you like a 12 year old "whatever" attitude then give these clowns a call....

They refuse to mail filters for my c pap anymore so I'm going to go somewhere else for all my supplies from now on. They are not helpful for n the slightest way. I refuse to drive 20 miles round trip through horrible traffic once a month to get 2 filters. They blame the insurance company but I think that's just an excuse. All three Resperatory Services businesses can take a long hike off a short pier. William Shearer
