I made an appointment for 11/17 with an estimated arrival time of 1-5pm. I checked for updates throughout the day and the website never changed. I called at 4:30pm and was told someone would still come. At 5:15pm I called again and was told he was in Tacoma and would still come. No one came, no email, no text message, no phone call. I was given wrong information twice by the call center. I will be finding another company to repair my refrigerator. Horrible service and a waste of my time!

The charge to install a new valve was 425, including tax, the part was 60 and he spent about five minutes doing the repair. They don't move the appliance or reconnect it to make sure it works. I suppose there's value in having the part on hand. We waited a week for the repair.

GONE!! Customer service is in the Philippines, phone number given to me for closest locations in WA from sears customer care THREE TIMES went to a mattress store that had no affiliation. Further more, I called back to tell them after hoop jumping again thru message system and they didnt care. Sears is gone People....dont buy anything that you might return or need follow up on!!!

We have had sears repair services send techs in the past [to repair our washer dryer combo, numerous times] i cancelled the last appt back in March due to Covid and being cautious. Last week, [November now,] i called the repair scheduling line and got a repair tech scheduled for today between 8am and 12 noon. I had somebody cover my shift, arranged for different classes for my homeschooled child and child care for the youngest, to give the tech space and to be safe due to the circumstances....Well 1230 rolled around and nobody showed, nobody called, nobody texted. I phoned in and was told it was a third party company called reliable property solutions, [for sure arent reliable at all] transferred, no answer, called back and explained again, transferred to another line and the man had no clue what i was talking about [the man on the scheduling line sent me to the wrong department] 30 minutes later and i am still on the phone explaining what has happened and that i have been patient, but this isnt okay. I was told a new tech would call me to reschedule. You know people have other things they need to do, right????This really messed with my schedule. At least apologize and reschedule us for repairs. Such BS.
