After falling for the ridiculous hype on the Rawbeautykristi palette I spent 18 hours getting messed about by their website, when I finally purchased item it charged me twice despite PUR assuring people this would not happen. After 2 weeks and 2 emails Noone had bothered replying to me. Constant updates that they were dealing with customers issues chronologically except several customer purchased AFTER me and had received their refund on extra charges. So that's a complete lie. Eventually after 2 weeks my item is dispatched and my 40 is refunded and a new charge for 42.90 was actually taken from my account. When I purchased the item they charged me 40 and this sat in my bank pending for 2 weeks, then on the day it was dispatched, this pending charge processed through but was increased by 2.90. Why? I've emailed a formal complaint and guess what - IGNORED. I will be exploring where to report this activity as it seems a strange thing to be able to do on a whim. Imagine 250k customer or even 10k have 2.90 added to their order AFTER they have agreed to buy and with no forewarning. That's an extra 29k per 10k sales profit. Absolutely disgusted, there are no words suitable to describe how revolting I find this company. The fact they put this extra charge on AFTER they had seen demand was insanely high is very telling on how they view customers and how they are as a company. I should have been asked permission to take extra money from my account anything less is nothing but theft. I would have said no thanks just refund me as I'd seen reviews of the palette by then and patchy, dryyyyyy, dusty, no colour to it eyeshadow is not it for me.
